Welcome to South Downs Flat Roofing
Hi, I’m Jacob Warwick, and I’m the person behind South Downs Flat Roofing 👋
I’ve worked in the flat roofing industry for 20 years, gaining extensive experience across a wide range of roofing systems and projects.
For over 5 years, I’ve worked in product training, helping others develop their skills and knowledge in liquid and felt roofing.

My experience covers:

🔨 Torch-on felt roofing
🏠 Liquid roofing systems
🔧 Single-ply roofing

After 20 years in the trade, I decided to set up South Downs Flat Roofing so I could offer a genuinely local, friendly and reliable roofing service to both Residential and commercial clients.

I take pride in doing things properly, providing honest advice and delivering a high standard of workmanship on every job — whether it’s a repair, replacement or completely new flat roof.

As a local roofing contractor, my reputation matters to me, and I want every customer to feel confident that their roof is in safe hands.
